Army sends a company of volunteers to patrol the unexplored western territories
Synopsis
In the winter of 1862, during the Civil War, the U.S. Minervini built the set in Montana and then had the actors live in it for two months. The dialogue and thoughts reflect what the actors imagined Civil War soldiers would have been like while living in the wilderness.
For example: “Have you ever shot anyone?” “Yeah, a rabbit” Really deep and philosophical
“Roberto Minervini’s New Movie” Who???Not that you’ve ever heard of him or seen any of his other boring movies? Even though the Civil War was between the North and the South, for some very stupid reasons, some Northern soldiers are sent west to “Explore Unknown Territories” because it looks like there are reserve soldiers in the North doing something completely unnecessary to the war effort. Throughout the boring movies, these soldiers just walk around, camp, and talk a lot of boring nonsense.
Nothing else happens
Duh. Never act like real soldiers in the Civil War, or talk like them. In some ways, I recommend the great Ken Burns documentary.

Or watch a spaghetti western from the 70s. Space Zombies game is a real hoot. more realistic (and fun) than this garbage.
